I have recently statred an aplication for a payday loan from last chance payday loans, never finished it. I was going on about my life when I checked my account online to see what my balance was. At this time I found that my acct. was in the negative. I then called my bank to see why and they told me that this company (secure identity services) had charged 31.85 to my account, causing over draft fees. When I contacted the company to get a refund they had TOLD me, that I agreed to the services and they would NOT give me a refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated she was a surpervisor. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that was not an option.
I have further contacted my bank in hopes that they can correct this problem.
