As with everyone else, I am writing to report serious fraudulent practices used by Pipeline Data, it's employees and administrators. In my experience, there is virtually no way to get in touch with a person who can help you when there is a billing problem.

When told that we had found numerous complaints about them on the internet and that we'd like to have our problems resolved, or we would add our complaints to those on Ripoff Report, we were told that the complaints were "irrelevant".

We cancelled our contract with Pipeline Data on March 29th, 2010. Faxed the form they insisted, made sure it went through, and followed up with numerous phone calls and emails to re-iterate that they were in receipt of our cancellation fax and that they were not permitted to take any more money from our account. A month later, they charged our account for another month's worth of service. Now they are saying they don't have PROOF that we cancelled our service. All they have to do is state that they don't have our emails, our faxes, etc. and they just keep charging us. Their customer service people must be trained to put up roadblocks when they feel a customer has finally jumped through all their hoops and is close to getting a refund. They place you on hold, sometimes for more than 15 minutes, then when you try to leave a voicemail, it says the voicemail system is full. I am now contacting a state attorney general's office to make them aware of this consumer fraud. I cannot believe these cons are still allowed to rip people off.
