Googled an event in my hometown, and went to a site which appeared to be the venue's home website for their events, with pictures of the venue and the venue's name all over it (Sandia Casino). After being overcharged, about 3 times the amount of the original ticket price, for event tickets and related fees I received a confirmation of my purchase. The link to download my tickets only opened a pop-up which said my tickets would be emailed to me. That never happened. Could not reach a live person on their phone number. Emails to support came back undeliverable. Finally got someone on a chat session thru their website.

Said they emailed my tickets to me at that moment which never came. Said this was probably my spam blocker, it was not. Said there was some problem with the email this sometime happens. This was over a week before the event. I demanded a refund since they could not deliver the tickets, they refused. Said I would go to my bank to reverse the charges, they stated everything was within the terms of service stated on their website, and they would tell my bank I agreed to these terms, whatever those were. Sent them an alternate email address to send the tickets to, they never responded. Never received any tickets, but received multiple emails from them advertising additional events. I have since received a lot of email from them, but not my tickets.

I'm convinced they never had the tickets they pretended to sell me. If they did, they could have mailed them to me for the $75.00 in fees they charged me for 3 tickets. I contacted them over a week before the event. If they actually had tickets, they could have sold them to someone else and refunded my money.

I have since seen other reviews on this company by people who have purchased but never received tickets.
