After purchasing "software" (PC Purify and Spy Recon), a fake link was provided to download the programs.  I repeatedly emailed support@securetactics.com to say the link did not work.  They never responded.  Even worse, they began charging my credit card three times ($59.99 each time).  I had to cancel the card to stop the charges.  I never received a refund.
