After finding a company that I thought was a great company to work for, was really prof that they are incompitent.
Or just out to screw you? After being warned that so many points will lead to termination. But never told how many points I had.... And one report that was a "verbal Warning" so ether low points or none at all. One day (today) I was let go to having to many points. Plus me going to HR and telling them that I missed a day and could not call in . being so big, my name was not hi lite so I went to them being honest and loyal to say hey I am sorry I was locked out, not being negligent nor dishonest. I was fired. being locked out I had no way to call nor communicative with my company.

Not a valid excuse

Seems there must have been another issue if you were given a verbal warning. A no call no show would be something I would have not taken lightly if I was the employer. Being lock out is not a valid excuse for not calling. You could have used a pay phone.
