I just wanted to react to the other complaints and point out another one scam using the company name slightly changed to S.D.D. (Securities Disbursement Division) with the same people and the same amount of winning money and a new address.

Thanks people for sharing, I almost send the 20 although found hard to believe that I got so lucky. I was recently trying luck with pcb, so for a moment I thought maybe.

Securities Disbursement Division I've received 3 different winning notifications that I have definitely won money each for various amounts over one million dollars if I follow the enclosed instructions and send $20.00 for Assessment and Processing fee.
