Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

To those of you who are or have used this company:

You need to keep all of your receipts and when you close a loan keep your paperwork. This is a very shady company. The people that work for them are very shady as well. The supervisors and higher up are also very shady.

I have heard that when they have their company meetings, the best topic of discussion is who got the drunkest and who slept with who. Real good for the company business.

The poor assistants are told to do whatever their manager tells them to do. So they usually end up getting into trouble and getting fired. And when you ask questions you are told to figure it out for yourself.

I was also told that they will ruin your credit as well. They will run Credit checks on you whenever you want, so your credit report will show numerous inquiries.

They have had a few lawsuits filed against them in Oklahoma because they let a mentally retarded guy have a loan. They will even come to your residence if you don't pay. They tried to get money from this man at a homeless shelter.

Even dead people have loans. Some managers open accounts in their families names without the family member knowing it. People file bankruptcy because of these people.

Please do not do business with these people.

Security Finance complaint

AUTHOR: Marilyn - (U.S.A.)

I know a little about Security Finance. A close relative of mine is a manager there.
There are people who others might consider a bit "off in the head." There are people with borderline IQs who have a legal right to manage their own money. Referring to ANYONE as retarded is a very rather vague statement. You didn't state whether the person had an IQ of 40 or 70. If their IQ was 50, they would likely not even be able to speak well enough to request a loan. If their IQ was 70 or above they might have some learning disabilities; They might be on disability; but they may likely still have a legal right to manage their own money.

Yes the finance companies have a legal right to knock on people's door to try to get them to make their payment, just like they have a right to call your house to take care of the business. They do this after people have gotten behind and this is what it takes to get their money. The truth is they have to make house visits at certain times of the month before certain customers have a chance to blow their monthly income or disability checks on drugs or alcohol, or such priorities as getting their nails done before paying their monthly obligations by the payment date they promised when they signed the agreement. If you loaned someone money and they promised to pay you installments on specific dates, you'd be inclined to knock on their door to ask for your money back before they had a chance to blow the money, while putting you off. They are not a grant or charity organization. They are there to make a profit, just like any private business.
