 Over charged for a phone call. And never delivered a voice message. 60.00 For a 15 minute phone call. 1.99 for a voice message that was never received. When called to get refund I was put on hold and hung up on multiple times.

Securus Correctional Billing Services Securus Advance Connect i went and bought a prepaid card and funded my account and then my account was blocked for fraud, they have other cards on my account that doesnt belong to me and locked my account, i asked for my refund or to reopen my account and it was not opened.
