 I am a flight attendant for Express Jet Airlines- owned by Sky West airline-2/24/2014 , ZIH, Mexico- steps were totally removed from the aircraft-if I had not of grabbed on to bulk head railing at the last secound - I would have went flying out the main cabin door on to the tarmack. My Left shoulderand arm - r.elbow and wrist hurt afterwords- but I thought it would go away.It did not. 5/09/2014 - my shoulder froze up I made the hudge mistake of going to United Airlines Take Care Clinic at Bush Intercontinental airport- Dr Boswell , said I had a torn Left RC-and placed me on Light Duty - with injurys to both left and right of my upper body .. On that day - I was called by Human resources- workers comp. for Express Jet , and told that I was being offered light duty- that if I did not except , in 7 days- I would not recieve a pay check.I was in extream pain and shock , due to my injury. I excepted, even though I informed them I was in extreame pain and had no use of my left arm. Take Care Health- Dr. Boswell-5/9/2014 - gave me a choice of surgery or therapy. I thought I would heal quickly . I wrongly choose therapy 6/9 I had a MRI at KSF My left elbow had been injured in light Duty 6/4/2014 or 6/5 My left elbow swelled grossly- I have pictures -5/10/2014- Sedgwick denied treatment - 6/11/2014 - a one time appointment was approved -a cellultes and supposed abcess was the diognoses by a Dr Kant at KSF . .Sedgwick- claims company for Express Jet airlines continually refused treatment- stoped and started my therapy. 8/6/2014- I was informed by KSF Orthopaedic (281)-440-6960 fax (281)890-4625 Therapists -that I have a frozen shoulder- Sedgwick , once again denied further treatment or therapy - my arms are hurting to much to finish this report
