Sedona Pines Resort I WAS ALSO RIPPED OFF BY SEDONA PINES RESORT AND WAS GIVEN FALSE PROMISES Sedona Arizona

My husband and I purchased our timeshare in October of 2002. When we attended the presentation, we were given alot of information and incentives on this timeshare. Although noone could ever memorize each and every word of a salesman, there were certain things which I verified, before considering purchase.

One promise in which we were definitly told was we would recieve one free week per year on or after each anniversary date of ownership.

I also stated to the salesman, I knew of other timeshare owners which complained about their's not ever having any availability, and he stated we would never have this problem, if any thing we would be on a list and recieve our request the following week. This is what our decision was based on.

Since then, I have tried to make a reservation three times and was told there is no availability. We have paid off the total amount owed and even have our maintenance fee paid for the next two years.

When reserving our free week RCI states we have no free week, Sedona Pines would have to give it to us, since it was there agreement. I phoned Sedona Pines and they stated it must be an error.

Now we recieve a conformation from RCI stating we are confirmed our week for 2,100 points. So apparently their aware of the scam since they took it upon themselves to make this reservation for us.

Noone contacted me to let me know it was going to cost me points, which we would have gladly paid for any way since this is the only way we would ever get to stay at Sedona Pines.
