Select Automotive Dealer Services Nicholas Hart Ripped Off... Marietta Georgia

Recently ripped off by Selective Automotive Dealer Services, 865 Roswell St NE, Marietta, GA 30060 (678) 948-8009, owner Nicholas Hart.  Purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue, with $1500 down payment.  I followed protocol to be placed in the vehicle, as per Select Auto and was informed after driving the vehicle for three weeks to return the vehicle due to the finance company's pre-requisites. 

Turned the vehicle in and was not returned my $1500 down payment and was told by Nick that his bank told him not to give me "one red cent" being that I lied on my credit application.  No information provided to him was a lie, was told that I was pre-approved prior to purchasing the car, which was all a lie.  He scammed me out of my money, told me that I needed to get out of his office and leave the keys. 

Cobb County Police Department came on the scene and notified me that I would need to file a civil lawsuit on this dealer due to him not returning my $1500.  Did not know that owner has rip-off reports dating back to 2011 when he had a business under another name Guaranteed Auto and filed a bankruptcy in 2014-2015. 

I need help with getting my money back, at this time I am without transportation and money to purchase a vehicle.  This Auto Dealer needs to be exposed because consumers have been ripped off by him for many years.
