*UPDATE Employee: Dear Kimberly,
a phone conversation with scott 5/14 started the medication assisstance program. he removed 95 dollars from my checking account and promised i would receive my starter packet with in 7 days.
I waited over two weeks, had still not received the packet , made several attempts to resolve the problem over the phone and internet, was unable to get a human on the phone.
having received no assistance from scbn and approaching the date of an automatic withdrawl of another 45 dollars, I went to m bank and asked for help.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Dear Kimberly,
AUTHOR: Brad @ SelectCare Benefits Network - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, June 26, 2009
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have spent some time going over your case with our Advocate Team, and I think that you will find the resolution to meet your expectations.
We regret the experience that you had when you were recently a member. However we responded to all of your calls and emails immediately. Select Care does not control the mail and we certainly mailed you another new member kit because the first one was lost in the mail.
We are certainly happy to offer you a free month of membership so that you can get the medications. We are confident that in this time period of using your membership, you will not only receive your medications but also be very happy with our ability to assist you in receiving your medications. Please contact me at 512-406-5057 so that we can get you started since you had no other way of getting your medications.
Sincerely,
Brad Williams
