self salon the co. sold me a booklet for $60.00 for 3 salon services and wont answer the phone to scedule an app. pensacola Internet, Florida

A woman came to my place of employment on April 28, 2010 selling salon care. Three visits for $60.00 it included hair cut, facial, and manicure. You have to scedule your appointment 1 week in advance. I decided since I paid for it I would scedule an appointment for next week on my day off. I called the company three times today starting at 10:15am and the last call was at 5:00 pm this evening, I left three messages and they never called me back. The hours of operation are m-f 10-6 and saturday 10-4. Are they so busy that they can not return a phone call or are the out of buisness, or maybe there never was a buisness. I am pissed.
