 Originally said they would pay me $86 for my cell phone. Then responded that it was only worth $72. I agreed to that and they said they would send a check.

Never received check for phone. Emailed them several times asking about payment over a three month period. They respond and say it is on it's way but never recived a check from them.

They have no intention of paying me for my phone that was sent to them.
