Sehmbi is a rogue trader. He takes cash payment upfront, turns up after a lot of chasing and makes excuses. Does complete the install but then responds to things like leaks after a week - by that time you are flooded. His workmanship is poor and he is full of endless excuses as to why he couldnt attend. We have a list of 12 dates and times he promised but never attended and didnt even call to explain why. We had to get the issue fixed by a third party who inspected the work and stated that some of the joints were welded together as if a child had done it.

This man is a senior man, and will charm you with his long list of experience but when it comes to it he is only interested in payment as soon as possible and to do the work on his terms as quickly as possible but doesnt have any idea of keeping promises or offering after sales.
