Semi Value Plus has been fraudulently charging my credit card $24.95 per month since Oct. 2011!!! I never heard of them before or since and had NO idea what the "merchandise " charges were for on my credit card acc't until I called-- they said it was for a "membership"!! I was never notified of any membership nor heard from them...Why were these charges called "merchandise" I am afraid that I am just another in a long list of people that they have robbed..
