seneca one SCAM - Harrassment- Mail fraud? SCAM - not your friend Internet

Seneca one has been sending me tons of junkmail trying to scam me out of my settlement for pennies on the dollar
I ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR MAILING LIST AND THEY LAUGHED AT ME. I called back their corporate office and was assured they would remove me from their list and they would send me a $100 gift card for my troubles.  Didn't recieve gift card and have had at least 20 pieces of junk mail from them since.

I called back asking about my gift card and was told that I didnt qualify, but still recieving junkmail. I keep recieving "fake" checks and gifty cards from them in the mail.  One example has envelope printed "gift card inside"  the thing inside looks like a gift card but on the back says "not a gift card" 

ISN'T THIS MAIL FRAUD?      

after this bs I wouldnt even consider doing any business with this company - beware they have about 20 other trade names they use.
