SeniorPeopleMeet.com Poor, automated communication; non-functioning Account access.... Internet

Over recent months, after garnering a "free" account with SeniorPeopleMeet.com, I had made three attempts to post my Profile Photo, all to no avail.  Each photo was appropriate: either face only or full-length (non-distorted, etc.) and non-sexual.

After each unsuccessful attempt to have my photo accepted, I went through the site's normal contact procedures, that being sending a message from the website.

Each time I would receive an automated e-mail that said the same thing: be sure you're following site guidelines for photos (which I was).  I could either re-submit that same photo or use a different one.  Each photo, by the way, that I submitted was both different and appropriate.

If, the automated message went on to say, I needed more help, I could simply reply to the e-mail.  Well, being that I'm using a receive-only e-mail service (don't want any crazies or the site itself (in case it decided to rent, sell or otherwise make illegitimate money off my e-mail address) getting my real e-mail address), this wasn't an option.

Then, I figure that this non-responsive (at least in any helpful way) site isn't worth any more of my time and energy.  So I go to close the account and have my account data wiped.  For the past three days the site has told me "Access to your Account Settings is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

That's three days...straight.

Idiots.

My recommendation?  Avoid at ALL costs.
