What is particularly galling about Paul Leonardi's rebuttal is that it is full of lies.

       Paul did not work pro bono. The initial contract was for $500 to do some SEO and upgrade the site. This $500 was paid upfront. So I dont know how I could have been late with every payment if I paid in full upfront. And I dont know how Paul thinks $500 is working pro bono. Paul did do a good job initially and thats why I agreed to a contract of $300 a month for a year. I made the first $300 upfront and in full, so again I dont know how I was late. After a month, nothing was done. I started asking questions and looking for proof of any work. The following month again nothing was done. Starting to get upset, I did break up the $300 into two payments a week apart. So Im 2 months and $600 into a contract where nothing has been done. So yes as Paul put it simply, I wanted out of the contract.

       Again Paul would always say, next week, next week, Im being kicked out of my house, my wife, my kids, blah blah. I literally heard it all from this guy. If anyone needs proof of this and is considering hiring Paul Leonardi, I will send proof of everything Im saying with all the emails. Just contact me through my site RealGovt.com. Ill even send the message that Pauls wife sent me through facebook threatening me. So professional.

       Also if you want proof that backlinks were not put up just go to any backlink checker site and type in my site name. I went to several of these backlink checker sites and never saw one single backlink Paul put up. This was part of the initial $500 contract and what Paul said he was working on for 2 months. When I figured out that he was lying and I pretty much had flushed $600 in the toilet and two months had gone by and nothing done, yes as Paul put it simply, I wanted out of the contract.

       As time has gone by Ive realized that everything Paul did do initially was very easy that pretty much anyone can do. My advice to anyone wanting good SEO is to spend a little more and go with a large reputable company. Do your research and go with a company that fits. Building my site has been an experience to say the least in dealing with small time guys that charge an hourly rate that is higher than what a doctor makes. Its a joke. The extra money you spend will be well worth it and you wont have to deal with stuff like this. Depending on your needs, SEO is even cheaper than the $300 a month that Paul charged. Paul really took advantage of my lack of SEO and website know how, its my fault for not doing my research but I know better now.

       Paul I am not a cheat. A cheat is someone who takes money for a job, then lies and doesnt do the work. Try taking me to court for getting out of the contract, Id love to see what work that you have proof of to show to a judge. The judge would laugh in your face and then call me an idiot for working with you.

BBB update. Paul never responded to the complaint I made against him so it was closed. There are 3 complaints on him. Paul's rating is an F. You have been warned.

What is particularly galling about this complaint is I helped him pro bono on may items. Helped redesign the site, develop the ad strategy and monetization all while he was late with every payment. In fact i had to break his monthly payments into bi monthly and only after I got him to position three for his chosen term "government complaints" and his next payment was looming did he complain.

You even sent me an email stating it was unbelievable the results I had gotten for him while going through what we were going through. I sent you records of the links we did that is verifiable.

Did you want me to be more verbose?, I mean really. It's insane what you've concocted just to get out of your contract. As i recall when I said I was going to enforce the contract that I would be sorry and you woud defame as much as possible.

Now on to the inks, not all links are "seen" by the tools but all links matter ask any seo. Really shows how little you know about SEO.

I did have one more complaint at BBB by a client who we are litigation with for failing to pay for work done. See your not the only one who try to cheat their way to the top.
