SEOleads.me is a company that provides digital marketing leads for SEO and PPC companies. They sell in batches with the cheapest cost of a batch at 325.00. They claim that all of the leads they provide are from interested parties and that they have been verified multiple times prior to purchase. They also claim that if you have a bogus lead, to notify them within 48 hours of receipt, and they will provide you another lead. They also claim a 20% closing ratio for the leads they provide.

My experience was bad from the beginning. I paid the 325.00 for a batch of exclusive leads and when I called every single one of them, not one was aware or had ever heard of anything relating to SEO or PPC.  I complained to Brian from the company and he was helpful at first. He provided me with another batch and was apologetic. He then also provided me a little insight as to how these leads should be addressed. This was a little concerning as I am a professional sales person and have multiple years experience in handling Digital Marketing Clients.

When I finally was able to get a hold of one of these business owners, I asked her how she was approached and what she recalls. Turns out, that she happened to answer a call from a company claiming to be taking a survey! She said that she answered about 50 questions. The 2 questions that she answered that SEOleads.me claims make her a qualified are, "Would you like to be on the first page of Google?" and the 2nd was, "Do you have or have you ever had a website?" Because she answered yes to both of those questions, they sold this to me as a qualified SEO/PPC lead!

When I called back in to complain about the quality and to request a refund, I was told by Brian that I had every opportunity to ask questions prior to getting a batch sent to me! He is claiming that he did his job! He's saying that it doesn't state anywhere that the leads are going to be from people who are wanting SEO????? How do you even argue with somebody like this? I am writing this for any SEO startups or anyone who is out there looking for qualified SEO/PPC leads. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

This Individual Contacted 1 Lead Then Complained

AUTHOR: SEOLeads.me - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2014

This individual named Jeremy Burgen is a habitual fraud. Not sure why he is hiding behind an anonymous label.

Maybe it has something to do with his track record, which you can read more about right here:

ksinsurance.org/legal/orders/2007b/burgen.pdf

This scammer contacted one (1) lead, then claimed that the leads were no good and demanded a refund. Really? Is that how things work in the real world?

This is after knowing that there is nothing that I would do to recoup the leads that were already delivered to him.

As I stated clearly to Jeremy Burgen, the leads are from business owners who are surveyed and answer yes to two questions:

1. Do you want your business listed on the 1st page of Google? Yes.

2. Are you willing to move forward with a plan so long as it is within your budget? Yes.

So through the power of deduction, it can be determined that these are SEO leads.

Jeremy Burgen is a complete fraud as you can see from his willingness to defraud his past insurance client. Luckily, the proper action was taken and his insurance license was suspended.
