Serenity 7, Ulrica Bailey, can scammed sooo many people, including me. She has gained the trust of people, sold products that she never delivered and never refunded money. She always has an excuse like I've been in the hospital,but the package is setting on the desk ready to mail. This was 3 months ago, still no package, no refund. She will say she is going to drop it off and "Oh i'm stuck in traffic", "My husband has it", I'm lost...anything to lie. This lady sales items that dont exist, and sometimes they exist but are nothing like what was advertised. This lady and company is a rip off! Coming in contact with others she has scammed, she joins groups, or makes friends in groups, earns trust, and rips them off..then off to a new group. Very dishonest. PLEASE BEWARE!
