Was told I was getting a car. I gave them my downpayment. Then I wass told it was not going to be in my name at all! so I stopped payment on the checks.
We left the dealership and I got called 2-3 times a day after that to harrass me. Dealership Threatened me countless times.
I have a 30 day tag on my car that has been expired and dealership refuses to give me my title unless I pay them the downpayment in cash! I have to pay a down payment for a car thats in my moms name!
My Sales Consultant was good but the dealership is crooked. I would recommend that no one goes there.
Dealership also had me sign that I would by a car today and would not let me leave the building unless I payed for the car and left in the car.
Dealership wanted the car back with 2,400 Miles on it to sell it NEW!!! Dealer made no Attempt to finance my name on any of their cars.
I went up to get a truck and they showed me what they would like to have.
This is the Critical part. I Stated where I wanted my payment. and I was very clear on how much I wanted them to be. Dealer Over Shot the payment $150 and when I told him to come down he came back with a paper that was $4 dollars less then it was.
If you want ripped off you may go there. oh yeah I am paying $32,462 for a Chevy Cobalt LS when the sticker price was $14,576. Intrest rate of 28.8%

You and they want to annull the deal, just take the car back. When no one pays the down payment, there is no deal. You got to use a new car free for a month, but you don't want to keep it anyway as it's a bad deal. Give it back and buy another car somewhere else.
Never negotiate a car deal based on the monthly payment. Focus on the price of the car, not getting a bunch of "back end" BS (warranty, etch, etc.) added, and the APR. The payments will take care of themselves.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and they said I have no choice but to pay it. I DID NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT! BBB Wont help, I got a car that is unable to be titled a dealershit that got all $19,000 for the POS when the MSRP was not posted on it and it was a new car a felony Violation at that. All new cars did not have MSRP on them. Bottom line. I got screwed and I will never pay them their money. Serpentini is a Dealershit that is not worth s**t.
