About 2 and half years ago my wife and I purchased a Ford Aerostar from this location. This was an used vehicle. Our credit was not that great but we were able to work out a deal which we were OK with. During the first week of having this VAN we had problems with the doors locks on both passanger side and on the drivers side doors. We took it back and they did get it repaired but never did put the door panels in correctly. A week or so later we noticed that the door panels was cracking, I checked it and noticed that the door panels were missing the plastic containers which hold the panel in.
I went back and asked them that they need to fix this and their response that it was not covered in the warrantee. I mentioned to them that this occured when they removed the panels to fix the locks and not securing the panels correctly back into the door.
Bottom line here is, I went back and forth with them and the Ford main office and no one is or was willing to help get this fixed. Now I have notice the sliding door panels are breaking of and the screws will not stay in. The sliding door screws are stripped and the screws will stay in. All the panels have cracks and Ford would not help get this fixed.
They did a lousy job and because of this things keep on breaking.
What else should I do?
