Serta International Serta denies another ligitimate claim! Hoffman Estates Illinois

Filed warranty claim with Serta for a mattress and boxsprings purchased a less than 3 years ago. Mattress starting to sink, causing discomfort to the back. The mattress is my teenage son who is only here half the time, his dad and I are divorced. Removing the sheets, the mattress appears new. When the inspector came out and we raised the blinds and had the sunlight shine through, there is a very slight stain that almost covers the entire mattress. In my opinion, looks more like fabric fading than anything else. Inspector stated it's probably a "sweat" stain. My son sleeps on one side of his bed in a normal position. For him to creat a "sweat" stain, he'd have to roll all around his bed, night after night!(?) Serta did state they would agree to replace the boxspring due to the sagging, but would charge me $149. for delivery. I'm 39 years old and I have purchased about 7 mattresses, looks like I'm in the market for 2 more right away-one to replace the current mattress and one for him to take when he moves this summer going to college. I'll probably end up buying a few more before my life is over and needless to say, it'll never, ever be another SERTA!
