Service Contractors ,J.R. Buis INC, Shady Business practices, THE WORST Customer Service Rowlett Texas

Well lets start off with recently I was approved for an A/C coil with my warranty company (American Home Shield). I had to wait over 3 days for the technician to come to my residence and do his diagnosis, at which time he says "yep yer coils out". He then proceeds to inform me of this astronomical amount for "Non covered items" such as a "MASTIC" Seal which ran me right at $250.00 (for some kid to come out and slop some sealant on my duct work) You can purchase this stuff at Home depot for $10 a jug.

Anyhow, I accept the terms of this company and ask for a day to schedule the installation of my coil. They proceed to tell me "Well we sure are busy, we cannot possibly schedule you before next Thursday". Keep in mind, it is OVER 107* out. I explain to the customer service rep that this is unacceptable, and I would like something just a little sooner as this is MONDAY...and they want me to wait over a week. I then get forwarded to someone that they say is "the boss" She gets on the line and sounds even MORE redneck than the first girl. She explains to me once again "we sur are busy, yer just either gunna have to wait, or call AHS and CASH OUT" "Then u can find whoever yooou want to do the job" I say no thanks, it is not worth the hassle, go ahead and get me on schedule.

So, the day of service finally arrives. I have NO time frame of when someone may show up, so I just sit and wait all day. Around 6pm A scruffy little guy and someone else (both no older than 22 tops) show up. They proceed to collect my money, throw it all together and leave.

Well ok FINALLY some cold air in this place....but there are consequences. The coil that this "technician" installed is leaking. It is leaking and there is air blowing ALL OVER MY ATTIC! So much for this $250 sealant huh. I notify the company "Service Contractors" and they say "we caxn send someone back out...but it will be in 3 days" THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Well long story short...I have been with AHS for years...and I WILL NEVER let them even THINK of sending this company back out to me residence!
