To whom it may concern,
Service Pros USA is a JOKE! Not prrfessional! Took 2000.00 dollars to start a web site Last July for GotchaPic.com and had poor communication and no follow up and still no working website to speak of! Charles and Jim said they were parters in this business and offerd to complete & design the website from start to finish. Taking $$ on the front end should have been my first clue...

Correction: GotchaPic paid 1000.00 to Service Pros USA. The Other 1000.00 was cost for license, DBA, Marketing , print work for the incomplete website. So 2000.00 total * Still unfinished/not working and having a hard time getting passwords to move on. And of course no refund to speak of.

This is an updat and 2nd one I've posted!
I am the owner of gotchapic.com and above mentioned website developer Service Pros USA has been in communications and would like to move forward on completion of my site! I am very much at their mercy with my website in the control of Service Pros USA . I would like to see the finished site and move forward.

As I am still waiting on completion and proper functioning of my website gotchapic.com, I have agreed to give them a chance to complete website projet in a professional manner and will keep you all posted!
