SERVPRO They Hire The Mentally Retarded and Possibly Convicted Felons and Illegal Aliens Los Angeles California Nationwide

I honestly don't know why they can't hire decent people for the prices they charge! My insurance company - soon to be my EX insurance company - to clean up water damage to my office. The "crew" they sent out looked liked they just got done doing a drug deal or maybe an armed robbery by the way they looked. I'm sure their tattos are very impressive to their fellow inmates at the State Prison but in my house it gave me the creeps. The "boss", a scrawney little tweaker that looked like he just robbed a liquor store wasn't much better. 

Little did I know that they were the "A TEAM" compared to the loony bin escapees they brought in on day 2 of the job. I am sure that that group of mouth breathers enjoy eating paste, smelling farts and showing off all the medals they won at the Special Olympics. But when it came to doing the actual job, I would have had more professional work if I had hired Larry , Moe and Curley! 

Now for my complaint! If the water is OFF you can be pretty sure that the toilets don't flush. Am I right? Well apearantly the convicts they had working on day 1 either didn't get the concept or really didn't care. I came in that evening to a horrible stench and sure as John Kennedy has a giant hole in the back of his head, there was a giant turd in the toilet with a ton of urine. So it is obvious that the knew it wouldn't flush and just kept on using it!

I complained to the little tweaker guy and he said he was sorry but they didn't have anywhere else to go. I told him that it wasn't MY problem and to make sure it didn't happen again.

Well I guess the retards on Day 2 didn't read the memo, or they ate it because yep! They did it AGAIN! ! ! !

I got mad and called the office and the lady could barely speak english. I think she was the mail order bride of the manager or something. SHe said she was sorry but made NO OFFER to fix the issue. It seemed like this was a common complaint they receive and their plan of action is to do NOTHING!

Judging from the quality of the workers I should be glad they didn't just take a giant dump in the middle of the floor and wipe their a*ses with my draperies.

My warning to anyone hiring ServPro - make sure to lock the bathroom so they don't leave you a "token of their affection"
