My home was serviced by Seterus, Inc. The home was completely destoyed by a fire June 11. It was reported immediately to Seterus and the insurance company. The insurance company has issued full pay off which also constitued a large overage due to me. Both myself and Seterus were listed as loss payee. The payment was overnighted (Seterus does not actually have a physical location where this could have been personally delivered) along with identfication, instructions, and pre paid overnight envelope for the difference due to me.

It is impossible to get a concise date as to when this is going to be sent as well as receiving a run around regarding escrosed insurance. It is a substantial amount of money they owe me. I cannot rebuild until it is received. I am a single Mom and am anxious to rebuild our lives.
