Ordered two pounds of cracked pods on Sept. 26, unaware of the 'shortage'. I assumed I would get the same service I got back in May '09, which was: one day to get my order ready and in the mail, receipt of a real, working tracking number, and a three day transit to my door. Boy was I in for a rude awakening!
Of course I emailed Secret Squirrel, (Seth, Kyle, whatevs) a few times after waiting four days without any progress; and was told that it wouldn't be too much longer. Ha! I kept it civil at all times, but at the end of the first week with nothing to show for my 80 bucks, I emailed again using a stern, yet polite tone, and entered the not-so-magical world of 'ignore'. At first, I thought --naively, in hindsight--"That Seth dude must be workin' away filling orders and shipping out like a madman!"---Yeah, right...

Here is my last communication, the subject line reading, "IMPORTANT!--PLEASE READ!!"

The following was answered in under 8 minutes:

"Kyle, I have been exceedingly patient with you but that patience is wearing thin. In 4
days (Monday, Oct. 11) I will send you a 'cancel order' email and contact my bank...and  likely, your local BBB.
I hate being "that guy" I hate feeling like I'm 'piling on' and I get that you have been unusually busy;  but if I don't get the following:  a real tracking number in the next four days,
followed by the timely delivery of an acceptable product then I'm done with this on Monday."

Reply:

"We don't know who you are sending this email to but we are very sorry for the delay, your order is shipping within the next 24 hrs.  We had some labels returned to us by the USPS because they werent shipped within 24 hrs of printing the labels.  They sat over the weekend and were shipped on Monday but according to their policy they must be shipped the day they are printed or the next day at the latest so we were returned a very large shipment of boxes and were forced to reprint the postage. That is why the tracking numbers are invalid. Thanks for your patience and have a great day!"

Bob, Seattle, Wa.

P.S. I have yet to receive any tracking number real or otherwise...

Need to correct date of first order. Meant to say, "May 2010" not 2009. Ebay was still in the pod biz May '09--  and I always used Ebay!  (Sigh)
