Seventh Avenue False and Unfriendly Internet Nationwide

 I came across this site searching for a few important gifts. One was for Christmas the other my year anniversary. I was offered thier credit and successfully ordered and recieved an item from them once before. I figured this was a good sign that they were reliable so I used them again to order the other two items I mentioned. I paid the down payment for the first item and was told after calling that it would be shipped on Monday which was the following week...I went to check the status of my order online the next day and instead of the Monday it read the item would not be shipped for almost two weeks later...I tried calling the company and was redirected to a recorded message stating that I was not approved for the credit I requested and needed to pay 100% of the down payment. I tried calling again and recieved the same message... I tried to call from my friends cellphone and suprisingly it went through...no message...when i told the woman what was going on she put me on hold for twenty minutes...by this time I was mad and I tried to call yet again from my own phone blocking my number and it went right through...apparently they had not approved my second order yet, they had not even gave me the option online to even make a down payment or a full one at that point...I asked about the first order and was told that I should have been informed that it was going to take that long to recieve it...I cancelled all orders except the one I had done made the down payment for...I will not be using this site again and depending on how long it takes to recieve my purchase and the state it is in I may be back here again. They also DO credit checks and regardless what thier site says will expect a down payment sooner then you think and on some orders immediately or they will not ship your item...Do not use this site if you are wanting your item for a specific date...they completely ruined one of the gifts I had planned to give to my spouse for our anniversary.
