SEVIER COUNTY, TN JUDGES POLITICAL CORRUPTION, CROOKS NOT JUDGES DECIDE OUR CHILDREN'S FATE WHILE NEVER CONSIDERING WHAT'S BEST FOR THEM SEVIERVILLE Tennessee

Sevier County Judges allowed my ex-husband to file a custody petition there disregarding my existing custody order in GA. They gave him temporary EMERGENCY custody based on his allegations of abuse.

We have an existing case in GA that is pending now. Even though I filed certified copies of all proper paperwork with the clerk of court, they gave him temporary custody. The actions they took violated several of our rights as American Citizens.

But most importantly, they NEVER talked to my children...the same children who were supposedly abused. As a matter of fact, the judge refused to speak with them when they requested to see him. Ages 14 & 9.

They had only gone to TN for a brief summer visit and because of the political bull taking place in Sevier County, life as they knew it no longer exists.

My ex has been arrested for drugs and abuse and battery. He and his present wife had two children together before our divorce was final and for the most part I have raised my children on my own. Now all of a sudden, I can only have supervised visitation at the discretion of my ex....which is never.

I have since been arrested not once but twice in Sevier County.
Have spent several days in jail. Conviently always on holidays so that there is nobody in the offices of the court system.

I was having lunch with my daughter at Sevierville Middle and the office staff there was instructed to call my ex...guess what?
The Sevier County Sheriff's Dept showed up and arrested me in the school. (With me begging them not to humiliate my daughter...after all, the kids are who really matter, right?)

I once was PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, but I was arrested in my home on the Sunday before Thanksgiving because my children had run away from their Dad's home and I went to pick them up and brought them home on Saturday. I was in jail in GA from Sun to Tues when Sevier County picked me up and extradicted me to TN.
I was given bond hearing on Wed. morning where my bond was set at $200,000.00. yes I said TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS for custodial interfearance.

My ex never came to GA to see where the kids were until Wed. night when I was released from jail...if he were concerned, where was he on Sun?

The rights of my children and myself have been violated by the judicial system of Sevierville, Tn... So, because my ex is a business owner and is wrapped up in the POLITICAL BULL that takes place in Sevier County, my children have been taken from the only home they have ever known. From a parent that has never been arrested for anything except trying to protect them and be a part of their lives and handed over to a parent who has never driven to watch them play ball or cheer and has been arrested for drugs and abuse.....He must make a hell of a contribution to someone......BUT IT'S NOT My CHILDREN!!!!

Now, they aren't allowed to play sports. My straight A son, who has never made even a B is making C's...being denied counseling because his father says, "he's not crazy, he only has a crazy mother." Someone please help me to find justice and give my children a chance to be heard!!!!!!
