I ordered a sewing machine manual from Sewing Educational Warehouse ALIAS sewconsult.com . I paid them in full, via Paypal and I waited over 2 weeks and nothing was ever sent to me.

NOTHING was ever delivered. I DID NOT GET THE MANUAL I PAID FOR. SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE refused to answer emails.SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE did not refund my money.

I have checked SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE out now and others have had the same experience with SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE. I should have checked out SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE earlier obviously BEFORE PAYING THEM ANYTHING.

I suggest anyone else who has a negative experience with SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE , file complaints and lets stop SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE from doing this to people. They are banking on us all just giving up as they are getting each of us for less than $20. but it adds up and SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE will continue to do this as long as we let them get away with this.
It's just not fair!

~~~COMPLAIN TO PAY-PAL!!!! Pay-Pal is letting SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE get away with this and allowing SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE to still use Pay-Pal as a payment method.

~~~~COMPLAIN TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY
~~~~~INSIST ON CHARGEBACKS VIA PAY-PAL OR THE CREDIT CARD CO. SO YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. YOUR CREDIT CARD CO. CAN DO THIS BUT YOU MUST INSIST AND PUSH IT.Pay-Pal is weak and feeble about helping customers but your credit card co. WANTS/NEEDS your business. THEY WILL HELP YOU IF YOU INSIST.

~~COMPLAIN TO your local Better Business Bureau
~~~COMPLAIN ON COMPLAINT WEB SITES
~~~~COMPLAIN ON EBAY FORUMS AND CHAT ROOMS

~~~~~COMPLAIN ON EVERY SEWING WEB SITE YOU VISIT- STOP OTHERS FROM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE

~~~~~~~COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE AT feedback@sewconsult.com AND LET THEM KNOW WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS AND WE ARE ONTO THEM. WRITE feedback@sewconsult.com EVERY DAY FOR A FEW WEEKS AND KEEP RESENDING YOUR DEMANDS FOR REUNDS. BE SURE YOU LET SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE SEE YOU ARE SENDING YOUR COMPLAINTS TO ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED ENTITIES. C/C EVERYONE INCLUDING SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE.

We all work hard for our money....why should SEWING EDUCATIONAL WAREHOUSE and sewconsult.com take OUR HARD EARNED money and deliver NOTHING?

Sewing Educational Warehouse is a member in good standing with the BBB because of our customer service policy. We make every effort to amke sure all orders are delivered or a refund is made. If the person who entered this comment would contact us we can research their order and find out what happened. You state we did not answer your emails but we need to have information  on who you are so we can go back into our system and bringup the emails. The reason we are setup with PayPal and the BBB is to ensure any problems with order can be solved. Both organizations help protect our customers by contacting us if there is a problem that we have not been informed of yet.

This report scared me, but I really wanted the manual. After I charged the download version on my credit card, I emailed them and asked them when I could expect it. I emailed to both their feedback and info addresses. Within a few hours I was sent the download from both addresses, with clear instructions.

I found this company to be responsible and prompt, with the best price I could find on the Internet for the relatively rare manual I was looking for. Their BBB reputation is good. I cannot see anything to not recommend this company, other than the fact that others have complained about their communication.

At sewconsult.com we do everything we can to protect our customers. That is why we use PayPal. If a customer has a problem of any type they simply contact PayPal and the transaction is held for review. We answer all emails received if our email filters let them through. If we had transaction information from this customer we could make sure there is no problem.
