I am Shaina sister and I just wanted to say that this report I posted as FRANCES is fake. I posted these things about her because we were fighting. Sandy is Emily and those are also fake complaints. i wanted to set therecord straight because shaina and i and recently made ammends. it was wrong of me and im sorry. please dont pay attention to these false claims.

Also that Emily is Sandy who if shaina's fiances ex girlfriend. She helped me in this.

The 1540 address listed about is an apartment complex. You cant evenhave a daycare thre.

Brandy, get a real life! Stop telling stories. Just because your unhappy in your marrige and stalk your SECOND (thats right second. We all know what happened to the 1st of your four children you had) childs father on myspace.com, doesnt mean everyone else around you is unhappy. Leave Cook alone. Leave Shaina alone. Stop telling Emily stupid stories. It doesnt make them true, just cause YOU say them. Get a life. Serious, and not Shaina's either. Your a little old for this immature behavior. Oh, P.S. tell Emily to get a life too! She CANT have Ryan, she cheated and left him. Just cause Shaina and him are getting married, and have a beautiful baby, HE DOESNT WANT YOU BACK. Emily is the ex-girlfriend on Shaina's Fiancee. She has been harassing Shaina and Ryan since Oct 2005. They were forced to change their phone number 3 times. Emily used her work (She works for a lawyer at 20th and Walnut in Philadelphia, PA)to send Shaina a letter stated that Shaina was harassing her and she had better stop. Shaina was forced to file a complaint with the BAR association to report the false accustations. Emily continued to email Shaina for months. Shaina began then to just ignore Emily's childish ways. Til this report surfaced here on ripoffreport.com. Emily began this false report and began emailng Shaina's friends.

Anways I was writing to inform you that Shaina has created a myspace account under another name and has been using your picture to stalk me with. This account was created in November 2006, the day Shaina had taken her sister Brandy to Court and lost.

Anyways, it seems just after court was over, I started getting emails from "alledgedly" you stating that you and Brandy were having an affair and had some sort of child years back and the emails went on and on about very ridiculous things. To be honest, I have deleted those emails since it was back in November, I wish I had them to show you as proof. All I have is the web address so you can view the page and see she is using your pics. I only found out it was you because after I notified Brandy of what was happening-she informed me that she knew you and you were friends with Shaina.

I don't me to bother you with this petty stuff, I just thought you should know. Hey, maybe you gave her permission...I don't know...but I just needed to inform you because I have come to find that she has not just done this to you...but me and other friends of mine. Taking our pictures and creating accounts. I'm not sure what her problem is with me-it's been for a while-bit she seems to be unstable so please be careful.

This is the kind of childish situations Shaina has been dealing with since Oct 2005. Emily is extremely jealous of her EX-boyfriend and his new fiancee. She is trying her hardest to break them, so she can have him back, I assume. But these above accusation are all FALSE. I hope no one take this false report submitten by a jealous ex-girlfriend seriously. And Emily, I hope you get some help.

This report is simply pathetic! I am sorry if Frances knows so much about the whole HIPPA act she should also look into the harassment regulations; which is considered to be a federal offense. How dare you post a person's address on the internet where all kinds of psychos can access that information knowing that there is a new born baby in the house you heartless psycho! The man has dropped you and moved on to better things, can you cope with that or do you need a shrink to talk it over with? Before diagnosing someone else with any kind of mental disease look at yourself, how petty and pathetic you are and how desperately you need to be put on some kinds of meds to get you off of that depression and sorrow stage! You seriously believe that anyone is going to believe your petty report? GROW UP you immature psycho! Shaina has to much class to lower herself to you level, and instead of putting her down you should consider to look up to her cause you might learn a thing or two. And the daycare will happen due to the simple fact that Shaina is great with kids, responsible and so kind and sweet. Eat your heart out cause you won't get the last laugh!

I have know Shaina for a few years now and she is the most normal regular person you would ever meet. It is unfortunate that she has to deal with things like this posting. I can only hope that anyone who reads this will understand that the person who posted the original complaint has a personal grudge against Shaina and is going out of their way to effect her life.

I do not know "Frances" but my advice to her would be let it go. At some point your life will get better and more interesting. You will not find true satisfaction by trying to make another person miserable. Live your own life and let it go.

As you can see, the people defending Shaina are all local. They are "real" people who are still currently in her life. The people slandering Shaina are all "out of state" people. States Shaina had never even been to. Citys you never even heard of. Sounds like someone is creating false profiles to really go out of their way to hurt an innocent person. I dont know how this person can even look at themselves in the mirror after the lies they have posted. I hope she can get the help she needs. This is obviously a cry for help.

I wonder Sandy, your from Ohio, but dont you work at 20th and Walnut in Philadelphia, PA at that law office. I've contacted a lawyer and they will be invesitgating the IP address, because it states your posting these (false) comments from a Philadelphia location. Slander is illegal. This person posting these false statements will be found and prosecuted. If your from Ohio, your IP address should be in OHIO not Philadelphia. Just another lie. You would think working at a law office, that a person would have more sense then to use the internet to post falsified information, espically when it can be tracked.

I have know shaina for many years and all of these claims are coming from someone with WAY too much time on her hands. She is trying to make it like everyone else. She is a strong, healthy woman with tons of ambition and she LOVES children. She is responsible and can handle a daycare business just fine. All these claims against her are false.

I would just like to remind "Dr. Jeffrey" that posing as a Doctor is considered fraud. Also, "Dr. Jeffrey" should be aware that releasing patient history without a HIPPA Authorization is against the LAW. "Dr. Jeffrey" should also know that even with the HIPPA Authorization (which is only used for legal court matters) he still cannot publically release patient information. But most like "Dr. Jeffrey" is not a REAL Doctor and is simply one on the personalities of the said "Bi-Polar" individual.

This woman is crazy. If she was Bi-polar-do you really think so would tell you? You're just as insame as she is. Example number 1- she immitated a doctor a wrote a false statement about herself. We all know there is no Dr. Jeffrey it's Dr. Shaina Mac-whacked out!

Its only a violation of HIPPA if the patient did not consent. If the pt gave her doctor permission to reply then it isnt a violation.

I have known Ms. Macmath for 4+ years and worked with her for 2+ years. She is a bright and hard working girl who cares about others. I would not hesitate to leave my 3 year old son in her care.

I have known Shaina for a few years! And I have known just about everything there is to know about her. Never in our conversations has she told me she was bipolar nor have I known her to want to harm anyone!
She is only one of the most incredible women I know.
She is a church goer, as well as a loving mother and wife!
What i have known is that these terrible girls have been doing everything in their power to destroy her.

Not sure if this "Frances" person is sane or not. I'm Ms. MacMath's Physician and the word "Bipolar" has never been treated for or even discussed. Shaina is a healthy, trustworthy, and very intelligent woman.
