Shake A Paw - Lynbrook Puppy store not willing to transfer warranty to different owner! Lynbrook New York

I have three kids, we purchased a puppy from shake a paw on 6/21/09. We bought the puppy late night so the kids really didnt get to play with him the first night and the next morning my oldest son went to school, when he came home and played with the puppy we realized he was getting an allergic reaction of some sort to the puppy, i immediately called shake a paw to see if i could return the puppy considering i JUST bought him last night and was explaining my son is showing signs of allergy. they said no and told me to RESELL the dog on craigslist! So now i went to the dr to get my son checked for sure and he is highly allergic, the dog has to be kept away from him (try explaining to a 6 year old he cant play with the new puppy) I was willing to take a financial penatly and return the dog to to store, still nothing. so i put an ad up to re sell the dog and someone asked me to make sure the warranty that came with the dog could transfer over to another owner, so i called shake a paw and they said NO. i JUST bought him last week and somehow they are basically telling me i cant resell him because who buys a dog without a health guarantee! they are repulsive uncompassionate people! they are basically telling me i should eat the 1,000.00 + accessory money they gladly took from me and F*** off.
