Clear Title Agency used to be located in Southfield, Michigan until suspiciously the building got burned down.

Shamil Halabu in charged of this title agency.  Clear Title doesn't have copies of the records. 

Clear Title Agency shows the bank that they are collecting funds on the settlement statements for taxes or title insurance policy. Guess what!  They collect the money from your loan and do not issue an owner's policy.  They issue a lender's policy so the lender is protected.

If you try to file a claim later, you have no way to get a claim because there was NO policy issued.

He does the same thing with the taxes.  He collects the money for county/city tax  all listed on the settlement pages and steals the money.  He doesn't pay the city or the county for the tax. Stay far far away from Shamil Halabu and his dirty business practice at Clear Title.

This guy is a thief and a crook and needs to get stopped.
