Shana On Pupcity.com And Mom Beverly Brown scam artists selling Yorkies and Soft Wheaten Coated terriers Pocola Oklahoma

I want to warn any all prospective Yorkie or Soft Coated Wheaten terriers of a scam that I fell victim to. I was very naive to the puppymill situation and unethical selling of dogs until I bought my puppy. I made the mistake of finding the puppy on the internet. The ad claimed the the puppies were Akc puppies. So I decided to meet the seller to look at the puppy.
The ad for both Yorkie and SWCT are placed by Shana. However, Shana could not meet me so she sent her mother Beverly Brown.

After impulsively buying the dog after seeing her, I ended up with a sick puppy and a increasing vet bill. The puppy was very timid and hid from us. We found out three days after purchasing and taking her to the vet that she had bilateral ear infections, staph infected sore on her hind leg and a previous inguinal hernia repair that was never disclosed to us or documented on any papers we received.I was,of course, livid after I left the vet and called Shana. She acted like she wasn't aware of any of this and when I stated that she should pay the vet pill, the scheme started to become clear. She stated that the dog belonged to her mom Beverly and she would be the one to make that decision. She stated she would call Beverly then and I would be called right back.

Needless to say, I hadn't heard from Beverly 24 hours later so I called her. She was very "suprised" that the dog was sick and stated she was willing to pay only half of vet bill because I would have had to take puppy to vet anyway. After arguing with her for a while, she finally conceded to pay bill in full. Of course, I have yet to see a check in the mail.

On top of that, the puppy is not Akc registered, rather ACA registerd. I also found when researching Beverly's license number with USDA, she is licensed for Pokerbin Kennels in Cameron, Ok., which I found nothing on. Shana is listing the puppies on pupcity.com, where there is no way to leave feedback on these sellers, leaving unsuspecting buyers at their mercy.
