Shane Shabani Failed surgeon Los Angeles Ca

I had a tummy tuck and lipo on my flanks and total abdomon in 08. It was supposed to be a full tummy tuck with lipo on the flanks full stomache and sides next to breast.  I never received any documentation of the papers that I signed. I was told that I would get them on the day of surgery. I never received them.  On the first follow up visit, I told the assistant that I was swollen all around and my belly button each like crazy. She said that swelling will go down and the itching is the nerves.  The next visit I told Dr Shabani that my sides and upper abdomon are swollen and that there is an indent on my stomache and my scar is too high. I also told him that my belly button still had a very deep itch. His remark was that he took all the fat that he could and that I am still swollen. After the last visit 6 months later I still had the indent and asked why was it still there. I did not see any incisions for the lipo he stated that he did the lipo h could.  My upper stomache was still the same size. That was the last visit . If I had any question to call the office.
