There have been many disgusting incidents in which Shane Tobin and his seniors have been involved in.There has been the firing of a manager to save shanes job ,when it was his hand writing that forged a direct debit.There has been so many managers starting with high hopes only to be crushed and careers ended because they would not reform to Spartan way..which is the most unethical u can imagine("lads close softly and often,if that doesnt work kick them in the a*s and take their chequebook,but 50 on the side for urself too").There was a an established manager with a good name actually took an over dose of pills on wexford bridge due to the pressures of shane and that manager reputed that he took a job in a bar at night coz shane had ruined him financially.How can someone you work with be able to do this to some one.He has tried to screw all his reps and managers who leave by holding and tampering with their retention accounts , all because he has Jason O neill the so called (best friend of shanes)auditor ,in his pocket.Jason the man who can barely read and write.There are so many nasty incidents on policy holders due to Shane dillusionalism and his quest to believe the combined dream and he has escaped from reality and its sad to see how someones greed can turn them into the ugliest monster.
What I take offence to above all is that The powers that be ,being Pj Harrington and Tj O Dea look the other way because as long as the sales are coming inthey will look the other way and stand behind this corruption because this is who they really are  too.A company like this is a s good as what the reps and mananers are taking in so WHY are they not protected by a hr department and have someone to go to,to look after their needs when being put in the compremising positions that shane reduces them to.The reason it is so dyer is because the powers that be are all sales people and they have their targets and from the foot soldiers to the ARs and DRs,they make up the targets for the likes of TJ and PJ so why wouldnt they look the other way.Shane Tobin Is a pathalogical lier,who will sell out on anyone to save his own skin.THe facts remain that he has gone through more managers in his short time as DR than other DRs with a decade more experience.What does this tell us.Are all the facts wrong.I dont think so.Dont neglect reps or managers Tj because essentially they pay you.You have lost some fantastic ones already,open your eyes and do what needs to be done or someone else will
