On October 26,2010,James Wei Representing Shanghai Worldbest Group Co. Ltd. Invoiced our Company US$1920.00 for CasNo.395-28-8 with attached Certificate Analysis and requested payment in advance to SWGC Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shangai Branch.
The payment of US $1920.00 was wire transferred on November 4,2010 by our Bank in Bonita Springs, Florida USA.
As of November 3,2011 we have not received the merchandise and Mr. James Wei does not answer E-mails.
This scam has been reported to the U.S. FBI.

We have a similar bad experience with a company "SWB Group Co.,Ltd. (China Worldbest Group Co.,Ltd. Jiangsu Company)" located at the same adress in Shangai.

Our company sent by wire a payment of US Dollars 820.00 to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shanghai Branch on the 13th April 2012 for the purchase of a chemical from the Shanghai World Best Group Co Ltd. delivery was promised within 2 weeks by Leo Mong.
They do not respond now to e-mails or by telephone and we have had to buy the product elsewhere. This is a further scam from the one reported in your column.
