Thanks Megan,but I *am* bigger. I have a life other than the website that is maintained regarding her activities. On the other hand, that seems to be Zizzo's sole mission in life: to keep finding dirt for her site, and when she can't find any real information, she makes it up.

I maintain the site Exposing the Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society, for the purpose of countering the libel, lies, fraud and misrepresentation that Zizzo puts before an innocent public. Too many times people have been taken in, even sending her donations which she told them were tax deductible, when she is not a 501c3 corporation.

It is a venue for those who have been libelled, to give their side of the issue. And I verify every bit of information that goes on my site.

Right now, Zizzo's latest update on her site concerns a breeder reneging on an offer to have surgery done on a cat she bred. This is a lie. The breeder did not reneg, she simply told Zizzo to get her nose out of her business, and she would not deal with the buyer, through Zizzo. The buyer was sent emails about what the breeder offered, but would not respond to her. Zizzo has to lie to get attention. But that does not mean that she should be allowed to malign other people's reputations out of pure spite, malice, and an unbalanced mind.

As long as she continues to post lies on the Internet, others will follow along and post the truth.

OK, perhaps I should have clarified. I have no doubt that Ms. Zizzo is nuts.

However, I have to say that it's still time for both of you to.....

One is that every word on my site is true, and has been verified by federal and state authorities. Zizzo's site is full of lies.

And two, it may interest you to know, that Rosemarie Zizzo has just been suspended for life, from the Cat Fanciers Assocation, for conduct detrimental to the cat fancy. Specifically, the content of her web site, and her continued harassment by other means, of the breeders listed there.
She is now facing prosecution on other charges by authorities in California.

These two ladies are apparently involved in a "war of the websites." I've browsed through both women's sites and my one question is - How in the world do either of them cope with the demands of daily life when both have a website set up basically dedicated to each other's demise?

My advice:

Every word on the www.catbreederssociety.org site has been thoroughly researched, checked, and validated by a number of federal authorities, including the FTC, FCC, IRS, Secretary of State of California, Attorney General of California, Attorney General of Ohio, USPTO, and other agencies governing the business she claims to be carrying out.

In her mania to persecute other breeders, Zizzo has gone so far as to have a prepaid law firm send a letter to a breeder in Canada, advising them that they have committed copyright theft from the PCBS website, when any quotations used, were fully justified under the "fair use" clause of U.S. copyright law. But then, Ms. Zizzo does not understand those laws,since she has persisted in trying to copyright common words, phrases, titles, and the private communications of other people.

In addition, Zizzo had the law firm send a letter to the RCMP in Canada, requesting they charge the same breeder with copyright theft. Not only was the "charge" thrown out, the RCMP *still* want to speak to Zizzo or her law firm, neither of whom return their phone calls.
