my father wanted to live he communicated to me and my sister in law, around 1am, by the time i got there next moring she had the morphine up to 75%, he passed at 10.30 am, shari thought it was a big joke,  she said  its a process, never speaking to me the oldest son.

shari was not getting him good care during the week, when the nurse came every weekend, she said my dad was in bad shape, and she cleaned him all up, and was in good shape when she left on sunday night, so shari observed this and did nothing. Shari gave the word and put him down like a dog, he would of lived more years, in my opinion.

it was a terrible way to go, he wanted to live and was better everyday when i was there. Shari said she didnt have time to take him to doctors,  how a daughter would say that is terrible, very greedy and selfish. after all he did for everyone , she just wanted him dead.

to take over and run the company, my father never said he wanted her to run the company, not to me. she is now taking a big salary, and works less than partime from what she said to me. the business can be run by phone, i offered to help and she wanted no part of any help. she then altered the will, and did not follow the will, and now because of her, all three of us got shorted the second year after his death, 9k.

  we are supposed to get 12k per year, first year 2 payments were not made  at all, the will states that " at a minimum quarterly payments are to be made.' second year we only  got 3k, after waiting all year, she is corrupt, she kept a private bank account from us, 90k, that should of been split up by all four of us, she kept this from us,  greedy and selfish. thats  where we are now. everything i write is the truth .

Do you have concrete proof that she murdered her own father??  If so then how come she is not in jail awaiting trial for murder?? Sounds like you are angry that she got what you wanted. If she did not follow the will then how come you did not contest it??? If this is not true then  you are subject to a lawsuit by this individual for LIBEL - look it up.
