We don't think it should take 4 hours to get a new cell phone and change our plan. Upon entering the store we should have realized this woman was a high pressure salesperson who had no concern for the customers needs. We are an elderly couple in our 70s entering the store with only filp top phones. However, this woman tried to sell us a Razor max, a very complicated flat face phone telling us it is very easy to use as her 84 year old father used his all the time. While she was helping us her 17 year old daughter came into the store and they went in the back room. Ten minutes later they came out and this woman told one of the young men working there to go show her daugther how to put gas in the car. Also she told us we had 14 days to bring the phone back if we did not like it; however, she said don't tear off the end of the boxes or else that would void the return policy. After taking the phones home, my husband did not like his phone as the numbers were too small. We took it back 5 days later and he picked another phone with larger numbers. She then did some paper work and tore off the end of the box, taped it to a form and told us to mail it. We wondered why she tore off the box as we thought we should do it after trying the phone. We will never do business with this go wireless store again, and we will also do advertising for them but not the way they would appreciate. Be careful about doing business with go wireless as they are very high pressure with no concern for the customers needs.

I have worked all my life in customer relations and the worst nightmare is 1 unhappy customer. One unhappy customers will tell many people as a happy customer will tell ony a few.

Customers have to take care of fellow customers.
