This contract is a joke. If I was a puppy buyer and read this contract it sure would scare me off. So many threats of different fines. This contract would make me run the other way. Makes no sence at all but makes me see that she is a money hungry breeder. Im including a picture of her Yorkie page showing that she had three Yorkies born then all of a sudden only two were born.

If the puppy is found to be used in a puppy mill or pet store the buyer agrees to relinquish

1.)If puppy is bought with limited registration *no breeding* will be sent when Proof of spay or neuter has been sent to Sharon Gray. Purchaser, agrees to neuter or spay this puppy by the age of 7 months no exceptions. If puppy was purchased as pet spay or neuter and has not been spayed/neutered by 7 months, with no proof sent to Sharon Gray a fine of $1000 must be paid to Sharon Gray by the time puppy is 7 months old.
2.)Limited registration will be given with all puppies unless other arrangements have been made
3.)If Puppy was bought with limited registration *no breeding* but was bred without contacting the breeder, Buyer will be be fined $1000.
4.)If at any time the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy/dog the buyer is to contact Seller and Seller has the option to take Puppy Back. Buyer needs to have my written consent from the Seller Sharon Gray to place the dog/puppy. If Buyer places the dog without my written consent for the Seller Sharon Gray the Buyer will be fined $500 and still needs to return the dog back to Sharon Gray. Puppy/Dog must be current on all vaccines and all paper work including AKC papers must be returned to Sharon Gray.
"No Refunds Will Be Given" Due to Buyer no longer wanting/changing their mind about the puppy/dog.
5.)In order for you to ever make a claim under either of these warranties your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian, and at your expense, within 72 hours of purchase and a copy of vet exam sent to seller with in 7 day's of puppy being received or contract is Void.
6.)This guarantee does not include wormy puppies. Coccidia, Open fontanelles, Luxating Petella, Giardia and kennel cough which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are shipped. It does not cover what in the Shih-Tzu breed is considered normal: cherry eye, dry eye, stenotic nares, under bite, and both inguinal and umbilical hernias. It does not cover an allergic reaction or death due to vacccines. We recommend waiting a month between vaccines and no multiple vaccines should ever be given all at the same time. We also recommend waiting til puppy is older for the Leptospirosis vaccine. This causes allergic reactions to young puppies. It does not cover hypoglycemia or diseases for which vaccinations could prevent.
7.)If the seller decided that the buyer is not suited for a shih tzu puppy seller has the right to cancel sale anytime.
8.) If a sudden death occurs, an autopsy must be done by your vet and verified by my vet to determine the cause of death. If Buyer does not have the autopsy done and no info sent to Sharon Gray no replacement puppy will be given no exceptions. If due to a health problem originating from the prenatal stage, a replacement pup of same sex and equal value will be given. Breeder has one year to provide replacement puppy, as puppies are not available at all times.
9.)Adults sizes and Colors are Estimates Only, No Guarantees are made.
10.)Sharon Gray warrants the puppy to be a good quality representative of its breed. If a puppy is sold with Full AKC registration rights, seller cannot guarantee that a male puppy will have two normally descended testicles at maturity. Seller cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or a female puppy at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee breeding/show success. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding this dog.
11.)The buyer of the puppy agrees that he/she is not a puppy mill or puppy broker for pet stores and the puppy will be part of their family for it's entire life.
12.)If there were to be a legal issue due to Breeder and Buyer not agreeing, absolutely all legal issues will be dealt within the State of Illinois, Lee County. And is subject to all Illinois Laws. Out of State Laws are not valid in this guarantee. All Attorney fees will be billed to the Buyer.
13.)This Contract is non-transferable.
14.)We are very firm about the refund policy, so please do not ask to have your money refunded, as it is stated many times in this contract that there is no cash refund of any kind.
It is understood & agreed that this puppy is being sold for: pet only unless other arrangements have been made with Sharon Gray for Full AKC Registration.

Legal Provisions: In the event of any litigation in connection with this contract, the Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and all travel expenses, which resulted from the ligation via the responsibility of the Buyer. This Contract will be deemed a legally binding Contract, and is under the jurisdiction of the state of Illinois, in the county of Lee. Buyer agrees that in the event of any legal action the Buyer must to turn over the puppy to Seller (Sharon Gray) until all court proceedings are finalized and a decision is made by the court. It is further agreed that the place of venue shall be Lee County, IL.
Defamation/ Slander: Buyer agrees to refrain from making any disparaging, negative or uncomplimentary statements on any publicly accessible medium regarding or against Starz Puppy Paw Prints or the Breeder/Seller Sharon Gray, In addition Starz Puppy Paw Prints, for its part, agrees to refrain from making any disparaging, negative or uncomplimentary statements on any publicly accessible medium, regarding the Buyer. It is agreed that if the Buyer breaches this agreement the Seller will pursue a civil lawsuit to pursue civil/defamation-Slander damages in the amount of $5000. The Purchaser/Buyer of a puppy from Starz Puppy Paw Prints , hereby acknowledge that the Buyer has received a copy of this document. This is considered our complete “Bill of Sale.” Further, the Buyer accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and Buyer waives and relinquishes any other rights that the Buyer might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. This agreement represents the total agreement between Starz Puppy Paw Prints and the Buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale. The Purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document.
This contract contains the entire agreement between both parties and no promises or statements made by either party that is not contained in the written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed herein. By signing below you, the Buyer agrees that you have read, understand and accept the terms of this contract. THE OWNER: Hereby certify that we have read this Contract in full, understand its complete contents, and agree to it fully. Sharon Gray contantly is loseing puppies. She had posted on her website three female Yorkies born 8/18/14. No pictures were posted yet. Then I look at her website again and she says two female were born and post pictures of the two. What happened to the third one Sharon? Did that one die on you too because of your negligence? Also she lies on who the parents are of the puppies. I had a lady purchase a Yorkie from me who had contacted Sharon. She contacted Sharon about a litter that was born back in February this year from the female that I was to get for my pick of litter. The lady asked her for pictures of the parents and she passes of another female Yorkie named Kimmie as the mother. Kimmie is not the mother to the February litter. She lies, she scams, she sells sick puppies. She's does breeding for the money. She has proven it over and over again. Just read all her complaints on here. She has complaints on other sites too. So buyer beware of this vindictive lying rip off con-artist.

Took Sharon Gray to court and the judge found Sharon Gray guilty of breech of contract. She was proven to have committed a theft of services against us. The judge awarded in our favor but this sick individual just got a slap on the hand. I will continue to try to shut this sick individual down.  If you are a breeder DO NOT STUD YOUR MALE SHIH TZU'S OR YORKIE MALES to this disgruntal breeder. You lied about the female pick of mine died for her own gain. She bred the female before her second birthday and has already bred the female again. She breeds her females every cycle. It's like an assembly line to her. She just keeps mass producing her females that is why her adult females die at such a young age. Breeders and puppy buyers BEWARE OF THIS PUPPY MILL BREEDER.

Sharon Gray states on her website that she has been USDA inspected and approved on first visit. USDA has not inspected her at all and has not approved her all. They have never been to her trailer they said. Give USDA a call for your self to see. 919-855-7100 She lies, scams and rips off families by selling sick puppies. Buyer BEWARE of this women.

It is very upsetting to have someone go right behind you and copy you. you dont need to that Karen. You have some wonderful ideas and creativity. I am not the only that has noticed our sites and such. If you take the time you can find what style you want. Please do not copy anything on site or style on how I do my photo's. Lisa and ken have taught me how to do the basics like I have with you. I took hrs of practic to decide my style. Lisa's webpage and graphics are not the same as mine. 5. I used only one pic of yours which was Paris and I felt that since she was originally one of my puppies that it was not a problem to use it. Paris picture is not what promotes my business. It is me, myself and I who promotes my business. It is how I come across to people, how I talk to people, the look of my website, the home we raise our dogs and puppies in, it is the quality of our dogs that sells our puppies. We don't look to fight with customers we look to please them and "fix any problems that they may have with the puppy. Not that we have many problems with customers. We are very professional with our customers and that is why they refer us to friends and family members and that is why we always have repeat buyers. It is not because of you that we sell our puppies fast.

6. I didn't steal any dog names from you. I didn't know you have rights to names now and I need your permission to name my dogs names we choose for them.

 I couldn't even name off your dogs names other than Paris, Kimmie, Snickers and I believe Gracie.

7. I put on my website you are the owner of Paris. The reason I put my name across it is because I didn'twant anyone to steal the pic because I didn't know how to copy protect my site. I already put her pic up on my website with out my name on it. As I learned from yahoo how to copy protect my site. If you don't want me to put her pic up on my site at all let me know. 7. The female is NOT for sale as I took her off my website. I haven't had a chance to take her of off the advertising sites yet as I have been very busy.

They will testify on our behalf about what kind of breeder you are. My friend who is a private investigator has all kinds of evidence on you. Sharon this is your life in a summary, fighting with people, your dogs and your trailer. You need to find a positive hobby and some new friends. Example - I went out to the sandwich fair to see a concert with a couple that I studded my Shih Tzu to. They are very nice people with positive attitudes unlike you. BTW the pick from them is already sold to a previous customer of mine because I have great quality dogs and I am a great responsible breeder. And the people I studded to Mike is a sherriff and knows about what you are doing. So Sharon make your moves and we will make ours. BTW we feel sorry for Ken and Kristina because they have to live with such a miserable person.

Pat said the reason your on ripoffreport.com is because you are a rip off. When I come out on the 29th I want the female that you said that is dead. You have not provided the proof that she died. If you send the proof then I will have no option but to take a male. The website is not the problem, the problem is that people don't want to buy from a breeder in a trailer and on ripoffreport.com. If you took the dead Yorkie female to the vet we want proof. If you buried her I want to see it. It's very suspicious that you called me to tell me the female died after you had blocked my phone numbers from your phone instead of E-mailing me like you have been. What you don't want is a paper trail on the supposed dead female dog for AKC to see because in reality she did not die and you want to keep her yourself and register her in your name. Weill have the litter registration number to provide to AKC when I call on Monday morning.

Sharon Gray is a lying thief. I studded my champion sire Yorkie to Sharon Gray's female Yorkie that she got from me for a stud service. I was suppose to get the pick of litter which was to be the female. She tells me the female got tangled in a baby blanket and drowned in a bowl of water. Well I contacted AKC and found out she lied about the female dying. I am filing a formal complaint with AKC and you will no longer beable to register with AKC. She still has the female and registered her late with AKC. I have all the documents to prove that she is a scammer.

So puppy buyers beware of this puppy mill breeder. As she is in it for the money not the welfare of the puppies. She does not honor her signed contract with puppy buyers and she does not honor other breeders stud contract. I will be taking you to court Sharon for theft of services. So you best have the puppy ready to leave your home to give to me or you will have to pay me $5000. You faulsly put reports on here about me and other breeders when in fact it is you that rips off people by lying about that your puppies are healthy when in fact they are not.

You rip off other breeders for thier pick of litter for your gain. You will be going to court and I will be bringing families that you sold sick puppies to and also other breeders that you sold puppies with full breeding rights and they cannot use the dog as breeders because of defects. You are a puppy mill breeder, just look at your record. You have several or should I say a lot of complaints here on ripoffreport.com.

I have the proof you are lying about everything. If I was a puppy mill why would use want to use my stud or do stud service? This makes you look like someone that doesnt care about who her dogs are breed too also. Let the picture below speak for itself.
