I ordered and paid for medications through this website on 09/11/04. Customer service told me to expect my order between September 30th and October 7th. Today is the 16th of October and still do not have any medications from the company. I have contacted cs@sharpmeds.com 6 times in the past 9 days and have NOT received ANY response.

An additional warning is that my order was processed as a cash advance rather than a charge so my credit card company hit me with a $5.00 fee.

The company who handles sharpmeds credit card transactions are supposedly going to reverse the charges. If they fail too I'll be writing about them next.

I will NOT do business with this company again and warn others to avoid making the same mistake.

My own transactions with Sharpmeds have been altogether satisfactory. I see the writer of this report reversed his assessment of this outfit, and I would like to add my own endorsement.

Often shipments are held in customs through no fault of overseas pharmacies. Sometimes orders are shipped in 2 or more parts, depending on the country of origin for various medications. I always allow 2 to 3 months for delivery from any off-shore pharmacy regardless of what a company promises.

I consider Sharpmeds to be a reliable pharmacy.

I received a full refund last week and my meds arrived on 11/02/04. The company emailed an apology to me. I will give them another chance next time I order meds.
