Shaver Motors Questionable business practices San Bernardino California

I purchased a new 2007 PT Cruiser. WE were told that it came w/ floor mats, a full gas tank, Sirus radio free for 1 year. When we asked for the mats and gas we were told ( after the purchase ) that Chyr Corp. would not allow them to give away gas, and that if when they recieved the customer satisfication survey and marked it excellent they would fill the tank and give us the mats.

We made 2 trips in order to get the mats and only given 5.00 worth of gas. ( you can guess what the survey said )The entire buying experience was degrading and the new car manager kepy trying to sell us additional services we did not want, regardless of what we told him.

The salesman and the sales manager both stated we would recieve the Sirus radio for 1 year and when we took the car to a different dealer ( as we could not activate the radio ) we were told you had to have a reciever that did not come w/ the car.

When we asked the new car sales Mgr. about this he stated that this car did not come w/ the radio and there was nothing we could do about it. ( he confirmed that he told us it came w/ the radio ) There were other problems with the finincial aspects of the sale and I paid off the car with 30 days to rid myself of any connection w/ this company!!

I have sent all of the information to Mr. Wolfgang Bernhardt the Special assistant to Mr Stephen Feinberg these are the gentemen now running Chyrsler Motors in Auburn Hills MI.
