Shaw Landscaping Clayton Shaw took my money and never did the work Philipsburg PA

In the fall of 2018, I paid Clayton Shaw $375 to repair my porch (75% of the price he quoted me. -$500) per his request.  Due to weather, illness and a death in his family- the work kept getting put off, and I was vey patient.

 He said he would return my money in March, 2019 if he had not gotten the job done by then.- In April, 2019- i requested my money back-- he never returned my money.

I took him to court in June, 2019 and won the case.  He now owes me $509.25. (He never showed for court.)  He refuses to pay me.  To get further action - I have to put out another $385 to the court, so instead I contacted him via text to work things out. I also left a note at his home.

 He still refuses to give me any payment and has now threatened me if I come to his property again.  (He was not present - the note was left with a young girl who answered the door.). He claims he did research for the project and deserves paid for that-and refuses to give me any money back!
