 I admit I was in arrears about $2400.00 to the Donatela II HOA in Avondale, Arizona when regrettably my life took a turn for the worse when i met this strip mall practitioner named Mark E. Lines, ESQ. a self proclaimed expert on HOA law. In other words he sues and forecloses on unsuspecting homeowners who get behind on their HOA dues. My story is that I got behind about $2400.00 in HOA dues, the HOA hires this low life attorney. Letters go back and forth. They try to sue me, send me a bill for $25,000.00 in legal fees to collect $2400.00 and we never went to court. I think Mark Lines needs psychiatric help as he must be out of his freekin mind sending me a bill for $25,000.00. This has to be illegal. How can this ambulance chaser still hold a law license based on this fraud. These HOA boards, management companies and their sleeze bag attorneys need to take a long look in the mirror and decide what side of the law they are on. In my opinion, Mark E. Lines, ESQ. of Shaw & Lines, LLC is nothing more than a common sleeze bag criminal. My neighbours who are board members of the Donatela II HOA are nothing more than control freeks, drunk on power with zero business acumen. I believe in karma and the parasites involved in this extortion attempt will not go unpunished.
