DANGER ~ FRAUD ALERT ~

In 08, Shawn Brennan was recommended to do loan modifications for both of my homes.  He appeared to be very sharp and states he can bring the current loan value down to the current property value, have the 2^nd, HELOC removed and not to worry about my credit because he would come back and repair it. He is a very smooth and a slick talker. 

Shawn had me sign his contract.  I want to make a copy for my records. He said no can do because he was going to scan it and e-mailed it to me in one hour after he left my house.  He never e-mailed the contract to me. I called and e-mailed for weeks requesting it and he would say its coming be patient he is busy working on my loan modification.  He wanted a total for both homes $13,000.00 and said make them out to his company Veritas.   He signed the checks and never deposited them into Veritas.

After meeting with Shawn I lost my job, my mother passed away and my dog passed away.  I let Shawn know I lost loved ones and he could care less and went right on discussing the loan modification.  What a HEARTLESS Person!!

I requested follow ups on my loan modification and he said yes always.  I had to call and e-mail him for updates.  He would reply with one liners stating, I seemed upset and he is working on the loans.  After a few months I called my lender to check up on Shawn and they stated they have never talked to a Shawn Brennan for a loan modifications.

Last year I had to short sale my retirement home which my family built because of Shawn. I took a BIG loss on the house.

I filed a small claims and Shawn never showed up so I won judgment.  The service company tried serving Shawn at his house but he SPRAY PAINTED the curb and house numbers white so there is no numbers.  The serving company served him at his PO Box on Los Angeles Blvd in Simi.  

I ask all of you to PLEASE come forward and get a judgment against Shawn so we can get this scammer off the streets and start a class action suit.

SHAWN YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN NOT HIDE

His business card says, "SERVING CLIENTS FACE TO FACE IN LA & VENTURA" He is face to face to get your money then you never here from him again!!!!
