Mr. Shawn Mullins is an automotive technician based in Newark, Delaware who has done considerable damage to our business by making false claims in an online venue that makes a permanent, non-removable negative record of claims. This record appears in Google, Bing, and Yahoo web searches high in the search listings.

Mullins called for resume preparation service and insisted the resume be completed the next day. Then he paid for service by credit card. We proceeded to do the Career Evaluation during which he was fully cooperative.

As agreed, I prepared Mr. Mullins’ resume on schedule and delivered it to his email. I then received an email from him stating he had decided not to purchase the resume, but as posted clearly on our web site, cancellations need to be done BEFORE the work is completed. Several hours of work were committed to doing this resume for Mr. Mullins and, of course there is a fee.

After receiving his new professional resume, Mr. Mullins confirmed that he hadn’t canceled service, stating that he had been too busy. Customer orders are top priority, as we deal with clients’ careers. Time commitments must be met. Mr. Mullins was very clear that he needed this resume the very next day. At that point we are obligated as a professional organization to complete service within the agreed time frame and honored that commitment.

Following that Mr. Mullins began harassing our office staff both by phone and by email. He was asked to cease and Mr. Mullins became threatening.

Shawn Mullins attempted to extort funds from us by threatening first a credit card dispute, which according to him did not hold water and was denied by his credit card company, and then by threatening a Ripoff Report. It certainly does not seem reasonable to me that he refused to pay knowing he had insisted on next-day delivery and had not called to change that demand.

Our company would have been better off if we had never heard of him at all.
