Shawn Wheeland Sent me three bad checks. Aiken South Carolina

This company was promoting a system to market online. I signed up
and the owner, Shawn Wheeland, said that the system should be up
and running online soon. Well I was charged for three months,
never received anything for my money and Shawn kept putting the
date off as to when the system would be ready so I asked him for
my money back. He told me he would send it to me in three separate
checks, each one $29.95, that was the monthly fee charged. I did
receive the three checks but when I deposited them into my
checking account they all came back as insufficient funds. Because
of this I was also charged a fee for each check. I believe that
writing bad checks is illegal. I have asked for my money to be refunded,
the three charges of $29.95 as well as the three service charges that I
was charged by my bank for each bad check. Shawn has simply ignored
this. Anyone who thinks it is OK to write bad checks should permanently
be banned from doing any business.
